Odubumi solarin(FCA) is the managing partner in the firm, he is an astute professional who qualified as a chartered accountant in 1982. He is a fellow of institute of chartered of Nigeria. He trained and qualified with the firm of Eyewumi Rone &co and subsequently established Odubumi Solarin & Co in 1987 which eventually transformed to OS professional services in 2014.He has 30 years professional experience working in auditing, accounting , taxation and financial advisory services to private and public sector clients these include banks and other financial institutions, merchandising, construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, services companies, ministries, departments and agencies

Olatoye Johnsons (ACA

Olatoye johnsons (ACA)- He is the assurance partner in the firm. He is an associate member of the institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria. He started his career with eyewumi rone&co. He has over 20 years experience in auditing and investigation, taxation, process and control, corporate turn-around, re-engineering assignments in banks/financial institutions, commerce, manufacturing, construction and oil and gas.

Hakeem Rabiu ( BSC, MSC, ACA, CISA)

Hakeem Rabiu ( BSC, MSC, ACA, CISA) is a partner in the firm he is a 1995 graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo university Ago-Iwoye. An association of institute of chartered of Nigeria and a certified information system auditor trained and qualified with the firm of Odubumi Solarin &co and subsequently works in banking industry before joining global firm of Ernst &young and left as a senior manager. He has 16 years professional experience working in management information review system, auditing, accounting, taxation and financial advisory services to banks and other financial institutions, merchandising, construction, oil and gas, manufacturing and service companies.
